Silchas Ruin

This is my interpretation from a character from Malazan Book of the Fallen, the fantasy novels by Steven Erikson. I've read the main series of books and absolutely love them, though I don't recommend them for people who don't have much patience. The world the author has created is unique, but what he excels in is creating these ultra powerful characters and having them clash against each other.

This entire painting was done in Photoshop, sometime in 2014. After I thought I was done I got some criticism regarding the proportions (especially the tiny head) and corrected it in the end. You can see the late change in the WIP GIF I've also included. I'm learning, so criticism is always appreciated. Thank you!
